From my point of view, I would like to define healthy Lifestyle as the comparison of our daily habits, our eating habits, and our exercise habits etc.. a mixture of exercises and a balanced healthy diet are the primary steps in commencing a fitness strategy.
Diet analysis essay example. A diet a person takes is nutritionally balanced if it comprises appropriate levels of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, and mineral contents. Diet analysis is a way of checking these levels in a diet, and suggesting that diet as either healthy, or not.
Then I start for school and reach there at least ten minutes earlier. I sit in the front row so that I can follow my teacher well. Our school breaks up at 4.30 pm. I come home direct after school hours. Then I go to play with my friends. When the game is over, I come back home at dusk. I wash my hands, feet and face and go to my reading room.
Exercise is an important part of my daily routine. 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (or sometimes 8:30) is exercise time. Special Considerations. The above was a “normal” day, but there are few weekly events that impact how my workday is structured.
Balanced diet leads to balanced life. Women need fewer calories than men. A man who has weight of 140 pound and has low level of activity can take 2,000 calories per day, whereas woman can take 1,500 calories only. Ideal balanced diet should be preferred. Ideal balanced diet means variety of vegetables and fruits that calorie limits.
This assignment gave me an overview of my eating habits as a whole. Having to put everything on paper enabled me to acknowledge a change was needed and where the change was needed. Prior to composing a healthy eating plan, I was never equipped with the knowledge to know there were nutrients missing from my daily diet.
MY DAILY DIET. I have created this meal plan myself. It has been tailored to suit me specifically, so will not be for everyone. But you can definitely use it as a guide.
